We would like to take the opportunity to inform you that we are truly grateful for the support, help and guidance that we received from Larry Condello. Our contact began when he phoned us in order to follow up on a property he was selling. Although the property was not within our budget, we struck up a conversation and I mentioned how disheartened we were with agents and the Real Estate industry based on our experiences over the last 12 months. It was at that point that Larry would do what he could do to help us. Admittedly, something that we had heard many times before from other agents. But this time it was different. Larry stuck to his word! So began our journey. Over time, with his expertise, we re-gained our confidence and drive in the property market and consequently, purchased an investment property recently. Larry’s service and unwavering professionalism will never be forgotten. He took the time to help an average family with a disabled son to be able to purchase an investment property for the purpose of helping our son in the future. And although we didn’t purchase through your company, you never know what future opportunity may come our way. My son Peter had recently sold his house and he told me about Larry Condello with his partner Michelle. He highly recommended them as I too wanted to sell. At the time I had a couple of other agents in mind… also recommended. However when Larry and Michelle came to have a chat with me I knew from the outset… I wanted this dynamic duo to sell my house. There were many reasons for my decision and they all amazingly came to fruition in the four weeks that the three of us worked together as a team. Larry's dedication and commitment to deliver nothing but the best unfolded day by day. Initially he and Michelle spent quite a few hours clearly and succinctly explaining to me the procedure and possible outcomes of my options for selling. Based on this discussion I was confident I made the right decision.. Many times throughout the following weeks he and Michelle would sit with me…. as long as it took.... to reassure me and encourage me to remain positive… and I did. Larry kept me fully informed on a daily basis by text or phone about how things were progressing. He would always allow me to ask questions, give suggestions and allow time for me to express my feelings/opinion on any situation as it arose. No matter was too menial. Michelle was always there too...a warm, caring, reassuring, very efficient and trustworthy partner. Larry's and Michelle's integrity goes before them. They were always professional, reliable, honest, transparent and totally committed to achieving the best possible outcome…. and they did. I am a very happy client. The journey with Larry and Michelle has been an amazing one and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
